Sixth day of Lecture~

26th September 2014

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.

Today is Friday! Yayyyy! Tomorrow is Saturday. Ohh but I forgot that we have koko tomorrow (HMMM). Sunday we have Biotech Capsule. (Oh my Weekend )
Okay, today I’m going to story about my sixth lecture with Dr Wan. Today we learnt Chapter3 : Prokaryotes.

Dr Wan said about autoclave and don’t have any idea what is the shape of autoclave and I google lah! HIHI. This machine is use for sterilization. I don’t know whether this is true or not, but I heard that Dr said ‘’to know the shape of bacteria we use filter sterilization’’.

 Laboratory autoclave

Pleomorphic is bacteria that can change it shape due to change in temperature such as Archaea. I also know that the smallest bacteria in the world is Mycoplasma.

We also learnt the relationship between size and shape. The relationships are for the nutrient uptake and movement.

Another new bacteria that I’ve learnt is proteus mirabilis. It is gram-negative bacteria. It caused urinary tract infection (UTI).

Half an hour before we end our lecture, there’s activity for us! We have to do mind map on this topic in front on the whiteboard without talking to each other, BUT. It’s not like what Dr ask us to do, HAHA and Dr always “PEOPLE!” “PEOPLE!” “PEOPLE!”. HAHA its so funny.

We finished our class at 12 today because we start at 8. Okay, till we meet again, Bye! XOXO
